Discover the P25 Model

More Than Counseling. A Framework for Human Formation.

P25 was founded on a simple conviction:

People do not merely need relief from symptoms—they need their lives reinterpreted through the truth of Jesus Christ.

The name P25 is inspired by the ancient papyrus designation found in biblical manuscript traditions. That image captures our philosophy: every person carries a story shaped by family, trauma, culture, suffering, sin, relationships, and hope. Before a life can be transformed, it must first be understood.

P25 integrates biblical theology, clinical counseling, psychology, coaching, and discipleship into one unified model of human formation. Our work is not simply to help people feel better, but to help them become who God created them to be.

The P25 Formation Model

Rather than offering disconnected services, P25 guides individuals through a process of restoration.

Identity

Every journey begins by answering the question:

Who am I?

Many people define themselves by trauma, addiction, failure, abuse, or success. Scripture begins somewhere else. Identity is received before it is achieved.

We help individuals understand themselves through biblical truth, psychological assessment, and honest self-examination.

Healing

Pain ignored eventually becomes pain repeated.

Healing requires addressing:

  • Trauma

  • Addiction

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Grief

  • Family systems

  • Shame

  • Emotional wounds

Our counseling model combines evidence-based clinical practice with a Christian worldview to promote lasting change rather than temporary relief.

Formation

Formation is where healing becomes a way of life.

Clients develop:

  • Spiritual disciplines

  • Emotional intelligence

  • Healthy relationships

  • Leadership capacity

  • Personal responsibility

  • Purpose-driven living

Transformation is cultivated through consistent practice, accountability, and community.

Mission

Healthy people become people who serve.

The final goal of P25 is not dependence upon counseling but faithful participation in God’s work through family, church, vocation, and community.

Three Integrated Pillars

Theology

Scripture provides the foundation for understanding God, humanity, sin, redemption, and hope.

Psychology

Psychological science helps explain personality development, attachment, trauma, cognition, behavior, and emotional functioning.

Counseling

Professional counseling provides practical interventions, treatment planning, accountability, and measurable progress toward health.

These three pillars work together rather than competing with one another.

PRIDE Youth Initiative

Positive. Related. Individuals. Developing. Excellence.

The P25 Vision

We envision communities where individuals are spiritually grounded, emotionally healthy, psychologically resilient, and equipped to lead with wisdom and compassion.

Our mission is not merely to help people recover from the past.

It is to prepare them for faithful lives of service, leadership, and lasting impact.

Our Vision

To establish P25 as a national standard for men’s formation—anchored in discipline, accountability, and legacy rather than personality-driven influence.

The Problem

Modern solutions are fragmented. Men attend therapy, church, recovery, or coaching—but rarely experience integrated formation.

The Solution

P25 unifies worldview, accountability, cultural fluency, and structure into a repeatable system.
