Benyamin McLemore
Benyamin McLemore is the Founder and Managing Director of P25 LLC, a trauma-informed men’s formation and development organization serving individuals, families, and institutions across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. P25 was established to address the intersection of trauma, identity, leadership, and legacy—particularly among underserved Black men—through structured programs that integrate counseling, coaching, and worldview formation.
Professionally, Benyamin brings over two decades of experience spanning corporate finance and analytics, executive leadership, ministry, and counseling. He currently serves at Charter Communications within the Service Delivery organization as a Lead Data Analyst and Interim Manager, carrying Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) responsibilities, departmental forecasting, and P&L oversight. His role supports senior leadership across Service Implementation and regional Service Delivery Management (SDM I & II), providing executive-level reporting, performance analysis, and decision support in a complex, multi-team environment.
Prior to Charter, Benyamin held senior analytical and planning roles at FedEx Office, where he supported global operations, managed large capital and expense budgets, led deployment initiatives exceeding $20M in assets, and partnered cross-functionally to drive operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
Benyamin is a published author, having written Straight A Student: A Man After God’s Own Heart, a work that explores formation, discipline, trauma, and identity through personal narrative, theological reflection, and cultural analysis. The book serves as foundational intellectual property informing the philosophy and structure of P25’s programming.
Alongside his corporate career, Benyamin has over 20 years of ministry experience, including youth ministry, prison ministry, preaching, and community outreach in urban contexts. His work is shaped by Reformed Christian theology, Van Tilian apologetics, and a conviction that durable change requires both truth and disciplined formation.
Benyamin is also a counselor-in-training, holding a Master of Science in Psychology and currently completing a Master of Arts in Counseling as he works toward licensure (LPC). His clinical interests include trauma, grief, addiction recovery, and identity stabilization. His approach is trauma-informed, culturally grounded, and informed by both professional training and lived experience.
As Founder of P25, Benyamin is responsible for organizational strategy, program design, financial oversight, and long-term growth planning. He is currently leading P25’s transition from individual services to enterprise-level programming, including structured cohorts, leadership development pathways, and institutional partnerships.
Benyamin’s work is driven by a single organizing aim: to move men from instability to discipline to legacy, building lives—and institutions—marked by accountability, clarity, and endurance.
