Men’s Formation

EXUSIA is P25’s biblical formation framework designed to help men recover their identity, develop godly discipline, and exercise faithful leadership under the authority of Christ.

Unlike programs that focus only on motivation or behavior modification, EXUSIA addresses the whole man—heart, mind, body, relationships, and calling.

Our formation model follows three progressive stages:

1. Identity (Who God says you are.)

​

Healing begins with stability. Men learn emotional regulation, biblical identity, healthy rhythms, and practical tools for addressing trauma, addiction, anxiety, and destructive habits.

2. Authority (Learning to live under Christ's rule with discipline and responsibility.)

​

Formation requires intentional practice. Through accountability, coaching, Scripture, and structured habits, men develop consistency, integrity, and spiritual maturity.

3. Execution (Faithfully leading and serving in every sphere of life.)

​

Leadership is the fruit of formation. Men are equipped to faithfully lead themselves, their families, churches, workplaces, and communities with humility and biblical conviction.

This is not merely therapy. It is not merely coaching. It is biblical formation.
