A 6‑month extended leadership and healing formation track for men with complex trauma histories and active leadership responsibilities. Through monthly deep‑formation modules, structured reflection, leadership development labs, mission and execution planning, and quarterly life recalibration reviews, participants pursue deep identity repair, leadership maturity, and sustained emotional regulation under clear accountability. This is leadership formation and coaching, not psychotherapy. Application required.
